Meet Your Program Guides

Lisa is the co-founder of Cold Nose College, a platform she co-created to promote enduring relationships between dogs and their owners through understanding and trust. As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer—Knowledge Assessed, and a key faculty member of the Victoria Stillwell Dog Training and Behavior Academy, Lisa's expertise also includes certification from the Pat Miller Dog Training and Behavior Academy and as a Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer. Her educational endeavors, characterized by compassionate and engaging communication, are driven by the philosophy, "Where cold noses meet warm hearts", highlighting her dedication to fostering harmonious bonds between dogs and people. Lisa is also an Ordained Interspecies Animal Chaplain and leads a monthly Companion Animal
Grief Circle for anyone who has lost a beloved animal—whether the loss is recent or long ago—and still feels grief surface in unexpected ways. The Grief Circle is a safe space to bring that grief out into the open, to share it with others who truly understand what this kind of loss feels

Brad is well-known for his straight-forward, compassionate, and engaging communication skills. He's a Certified Professional Dog Trainer—Knowledge Assessed and Faculty with the Victoria Stillwell Academy of Dog Training and Behavior. In addition, He's a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner, a Fear Free Certified Trainer, and has TAGteach primary certification through TAGteach International. Training dogs also means teaching people, and Brad is exemplary in his credentials and devotion to helping both the dog and human end of the leah.
